MEDITATION "SEEKING THE HOLY GRAIL"

It is a meditation that creates a connection with the Holy Grail, one of the many emanations of Sirius. There are many legends about its origin, but one of them is that it is a sort of prima materia, brought precisely by the Dog Star.

Meditation goes through several stages.

FIRST STAGE - connecting to Sirius and the Flow of the Sun. While it is still day, we draw the power of the Sun into the Heart Chakra, and at night, into Sirius. The two energies are connected, but Sirius seems to be in the background. When the process is completed, 11 colored rays emerge from the body, each of which connects to one of the Sephiroth of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life.

STWO: After this happens, we say the word ABRAHADABRA. We need to feel the goal (not visualize it!) of meditation - the Holy Grail.

Stage 3: Next is the descent of an airy violet-light blue ray from space, in the direction of Sirius to the crown chakra.

It des through the body/spine. When it reaches the first chakra (during this time it changes color, let it do so freely), it follows a separation of green and ethereal blue rays that flow through the legs and go to the ground.

Now we should take a body position that is reminiscent of a pentagram.

The rays, green and blue, go into the ground. Then from the ground come out a sunny yellow and pink/pink-red ray to the feet and flow into the body, pass through the spine, and go up through the crown chakra to space and Sirius.

Around the body will begin to wrap colored flames trying to describe a circle. First green and blue, then pink-red and yellow. Gradually, they will merge and form a circle.

Watch them. First, the color will be green-blue, rotating left, then yellow and pink to the right. So the flames will gradually form a circle of blue, green, and bright silver and white. The body must be in a pentagram position.

The next stage is when the circle will have formed. The silver and white remain. It will merge with the infinite. There is a feeling of cold and a sense of unity with infinity. You have to go through the cold, but the feeling as a whole is interesting and pleasant.

When things calm down, it is again called ABRAHADABRA. Then a short pause with a slight sigh and it is called LIGHT IS BACK.

Already the cold begins to pass and invades sun and joy. We will stand in front of an invisible temple. Only one big sanded emerald will stand before us - the key to the Sanctuary of the Grail. Now it's time to fill ourselves with a sense of friendship, affection, tenderness, benevolence, and warmth. This is the key to the Sanctuary. When we fill ourselves with these feelings, we will direct a golden white ray from the heart chakra to the emerald and say: LOVE OPENS ALL DOORS.

The emerald will start to spin. At first slowly, then faster and faster. The door will open. Inside we will see the Triple Goddess, Sophia, the Horned God, Bran, Ceridwen, the Gnostic Christ - all the characters from all the religions and mythologies on which the Grail appeared. There will be a congress with them and they will decide whether to give it to you.
