STAR MASS

This ritual calls on the spiritual current of Sirius to bring the Light to Earth. The energy of the Dog Star brings progress, enlightenment, knowledge, wisdom, intelligence, joy, hope, freedom, and love. Sirius is behind many of the great scientific breakthroughs, the latest of which is precisely Artificial Intelligence. The Mass of the Stars is like bringing down the Heavenly Fire on Earth.

Sirius is associated with the Female Divine Origin, the Great Mother, or the Queen of the Universe. It has many names - Isis, Sotis, Inanna, Sofia, and many other names. Therefore, during the ceremony, we call on her.

Sirius is also home to the Enlightened Souls - great scientists, mystics, poets, people with bright souls who have made this world a better place.

According to various shamanic cultures, Sirius is also a gateway to the Gods, and when it opens, we can receive divine revelations. In Gnosticism, this place can be defined as Pleroma.

There are two times in the year when a connection between Earth and Sirius takes place. One is in early July, when the Earth, Sun, and Sirius line up, when the Syrian Portal opens and stands until the Lion Portal opens in August.

The other date is December 31st at midnight, when the people of the Northern Hemisphere can see the Dog Star just above their heads. The New Year’s celebration itself brings many of the energies of Sirius, especially since the Egyptian calendar then falls on the feast of the Hosting of Sekhmet, another goddess associated with Sirius.

When the Sirius Portal is not active, it stands “hidden” behind 5 energy veils or barriers. They are:

- ARAHIN - the veil of reason and hard logic. It is dark red, almost black in color. It can also carry power, but it is not power to oppress and enslave others,just not to allow them to oppress you. It is the guarantor of your freedom, not the oppression of others.

- LEVALA - the veil of hope, joy, and freedom. There is some proximity to some shamanic cultures. The color is aquamarine blue.

- EFISTIS - citrine yellow, bright yellow. This is the veil of intellect, scientific knowledge, friendship.

- ALURION - orange (as carnelian), veil carrying passion, eros, will, emotion.

- ORHTANIS - the veil of the Spirit, which, when ticked off, reveals the Mystery of the Mysteries, the way to the Gods. There is no color, or if there is, it is beyond the visible spectrum.

The veils are actually the energy shortages that we have to compensate for in order to be able to synchronize with the Syrian spiritual current. And in order to do that, we need to develop their qualities and virtues.

That is why in the Mass of the Stars we symbolically light candles on each of them, thus "energizing" the veils and they withdraw from our path to the Light.

For the ceremony, we will need colored candles with the colors of the veils, and for ORHTANIS we will be able to use a silver or dark blue candle.

We arrange them in front of us on an altar on a white tablecloth in the shape of a rhombus. Upstairs, the dark red. On the right, the light blue. Down with the yellow. On the left, the orange. Purple/silver - in the middle.

Next to the candles we put semi-precious stones. Next to the red (veil of ARAHIN) - black tourmaline. Next to the blue (LEVALA) - white agate. To the yellow (EFISTIS) - emerald, to the orange (ALURION), amber, sapphire to ORHTANIS.

Each veil also has an archetypal key to open it. Therefore, it would be great if a statuette of a certain deity is placed next to each candle, but this is not always possible, so we will use Tarot arcana. And they will give universality to the ceremony. Next to ARAHIN we will put the IV Arkan - the Emperor; next to LEVALA - III Arcana, the Empress, next to EFISTIS - the Sun XIX Arkan. To ALURION - VI Arkan, Lovers and at ORHTANIS, naturally, XVII - The Star.

Quartz crystals are placed around the candles and cards to form a circle. While the stones we placed near the candles themselves were energy switches, activating the veils, outside the circle it is advisable to put stones that symbolize themselves. Between the red and the blue candle we put garnet (ARAHIN), between the blue and the yellow - aquamarine (LEVALA), between the yellow and orange - yellow diamond (EFISTIS), carnelian (ALURION) between the orange and the dark red. And again, a black diamond in the center, in sapphire (ORHTANIS), and next to them also quartz.

Between the candles put 4 small clay cups with sea water (if you do not - use salt water). The ocean in this case symbolizes the infinite cosmic consciousness.

You will also need some holy water.

The butter for the meat is also prepared: It consists of base oil (olive oil) + 9 h Sandalwood, 6 h Musk, 3 h Apple, 1 h Ocean (if not - Frankincense).

Put some wine in a jug or a clay bowl.

Well, Star Mass can start.

We light the dark red candle and say:

We light the blue candle and say:

Love is the reason of existence

We light the yellow candle and say:

Intellect will be your guide.

Science is the light in the dark.

Trust your dreams.

Idealistic you can dare be now

We light the orange candle and we say:

And the eternal flame burns

Light of Love Enfolds Everything

Urge fills you

Reveal yourself

In Life have faith

Omen good of happiness

New dawn awaits.

We light the silver/purple candle and say:

On the horizon the light ascends

Rise now from the ashes

Hope returns once more

Take the power in your hands

Aspire towards eternity

Now and forever

Ignite the Spirit

Seek Divinity beyond.

Light the candles and put some oil on them. Put the holy water in the bowls. And symbolically (not to damage the cards) add some wine as a sacrifice to the Archetypes/Deities/Spirits of the Tarot.

This is the Triple Anointing - its symbolic meaning is Per Aspera Ad Astra - or “Through Difficulties and Pain to the Stars”.

Now say the Star Litany:

Divine Mother,

Queen Of Universe.

You, who are Guardian of Destiny.

You, who are hidden behind countless veils, yet you are known to every soul.

Shine star bright.

Love reigns in the world

Now the Light is called. Heavenly Fire is on Earth. It's up to you where you point it. It makes things progress, it makes things progress. It brings hope where it's gone, love where it's absent, and power where there's fear.

It brings new scientific discoveries, and also brings spiritual rise and development, as well as successes in mystical arts.
